Executive Order Rescinds Mandatory Face Mask Order In Government Buildings

(Columbia, SC) -- Face masks are no longer mandatory in South Carolina government offices, buildings and facilities. 

Governor McMaster announced a new executive order Friday. It also starts the process of bringing all state employees back to work in-person full-time. 

McMaster also says the South Carolina Department of Commerce no longer needs to approve events with more than 250 people.
