Over A Million First Doses Of COVID Vaccine Administered In South Carolina

(Columbia, SC) -- More than a million South Carolina residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 

That's approximately 24-percent of people who live in the state. 

DHEC says over 594-thousand first doses of the Pfizer vaccine have been administered as well as over 390-thousand Moderna first doses.
