(Lexington County, SC) -- A Lexington County woman will spend decades behind bars for the death of her four-year-old daughter.
Thirty-eight-year-old Cynthia Estrada-Lopez was sentenced to 38 years in prison, without eligibility for parole.
She pleaded guilty to homicide by child abuse for the 2017 death of her daughter.
Police found evidence of child abuse and neglect when the girl was found unresponsive in her home and later died at the hospital.
