Sources say the suspect in the mass shooting in Rock Hill that claimed the lives of five people and left a sixth hospitalized was a former NFL football player.
Phillip Adams, a Rock Hill native, was a star at Rock Hill High School before playing at South Carolina State and spending five years in the NFL.
Adams is dead, police believe he took his own life after he was found at a home near the site of the mass murders..
