(West Columbia, SC) -- The Lexington Two School District is investigating after a nine-year-old student was handcuffed by Springdale police.
A school resource officer was called back to school on May 12th after students had been dismissed because of an incident on a school bus.
The child was reportedly attacking other kids, leaving two students and a teacher with minor injuries.
The SRO put handcuffs on the student after removing them from the bus but removed them once the child calmed down.
