(Pelion, SC) -- A temporary school worker is out on bond after allegedly assaulting a student.
Juston Smith was arrested this week after a Pelion Middle School worker found him in a bathroom stall with a female student.
Smith was in court Tuesday.
The school says the incident does not represent who they are, but they are limited in what they can say because the police investigation is ongoing.
