(West Columbia, SC) -- Visitor restrictions are loosening at the Lexington Medical Center.
Starting today, visiting hours for inpatient hospital rooms and obstetrics will be extended three hours, now going from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Visitors ages 16 and 17 will be allowed after previously being prohibited.
Visitors will have to wear masks and are still not allowed for patients in the hospital for COVID-19.
