(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control is working on guidance for in-person learning.
This comes just weeks before public schools in the state begin opening.
Currently there is no face mask or COVID-19 vaccination requirements, but DHEC does recommend the vaccine for children 12 and older.
