Cayce Elementary School will be on remote learning beginning today.
The temporary move is expected to last for two weeks, with in-person classes resuming September 9th. Lexington School District Two officials say the decision was made because of the number of students and staff who have either tested positive for COVID-19 or are in quarantine.
During the remote learning period, there will be no clubs, activities or athletics at the school.
