(Columbia, SC) -- Sheriffs in South Carolina will not enforce President Biden's COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The South Carolina Sheriffs' Association says they do not have the authority to enforce federal law. Instead, they say it is likely that OSHA will oversee the requirement that employers with 100 or more workers order vaccines or weekly testing for the virus.
The South Carolina Sheriffs' Association encourages everyone to consult with their doctor about the vaccine.
