(Columbia, SC) -- A federal judge will decide whether or not to accept the plea agreement of a former SCANA Corporation CEO.
Kevin Marsh will learn his sentencing today for lying to regulators about South Carolina nuclear plants that never generated power. He has agreed to serve two years in prison in a deal with prosecutors.
Court documents say Marsh is trying to serve his time immediately so that he can take care of his wife, who has breast cancer, when his sentence is complete.
