(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental is preparing to vaccinate children against COVID-19.
Pfizer is asking the FDA for approval to vaccinate kids ages 5 through 11. An advisory panel will meet on Tuesday to make a determination.
If approved, children in that age group in South Carolina would be able to get vaccinated as early as November 4th.
