(Beaufort, SC) - A three-year-old's death is under investigation in Beaufort.
The Beaufort County Coroner says the child died after a dental procedure on February 8th.
The child reportedly went into respiratory arrest then cardiac arrest while at an outpatient surgery center on Hilton Head Island. The boy was taken to the hospital, but died February 10th.
There is currently no criminal investigation into his death.
