South Carolina House members could vote on a 14-billion dollar budget today. If passed, the plan would spend one-billion dollars on roads.
The bipartisan spending bill would also provide funding for raises for state employees and an increase in teacher salaries. If the budget gets a vote today, it would be up for a final vote on Wednesday before heading to the Senate.
