(Abbeville County, SC)-- An Abbeville County man is facing charges after the dogs he owns attacked a woman.
Kyleen Waltman was mauled by the dogs on Monday, and has since had to have her arms amputated due to the severity of her injuries.
Justin Minor is facing several charges for having the dangerous animals.He's been released on a 15-thousand dollar surety bond while the investigation continues.
