(Sumter, SC) --Prosecutors are resting their case in the jury trial for a Sumter man accused of killing his former girlfriend and her daughter.
Daunte Johnson faces two murder charges, and charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
He was arrested in 2019 after Sharee Bradley's body was found. The remains of Bradley's 5-year-old daughter Neveah Adams were found in a Richland County landfill five weeks later.
The trial resumes today.
