(Columbia, SC) --South Carolina's six-week abortion ban is facing a lawsuit.
A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday in Richland County Circuit Court.
Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, Greenville Women's Clinic and two physicians allege the ban violates the constitutional rights to privacy and equal protection.
Tuesday's hearing will decide if a temporary restraining order will be placed against the law.
