Drowning Victim's Family Wins Lawsuit Against Beach Service Company

The family of a drowning victim is being awarded over 20-million dollars after suing a beach service company.

Zurihun Wolde died in 2019 after being caught in a rip current in Myrtle Beach. His family sued Lack's Beach Services due to the lack of lifeguard response to the drowning.

A jury returned the verdict in favor of Wolde's family late last week.
