(Columbia, SC) - Renovations at Columbia's Finlay Park are expected to be completed in 2024.
City officials say the 21.5-million dollar project includes the creation of a new events stage and food truck zone, plus the park's spiral fountain will be repaired.
A groundbreaking is expected in the spring.
This comes after the plan was halted when the pandemic started.
