(Colleton County, SC)-- A new motion is being filed by attorneys representing Alex Murdaugh in his double murder trial.
Murdaugh is accused of killing his wife Maggie and son Paul in June of 2021.
His attorneys say they are still seeking more evidence from the state, including 15 items that have not yet been shared with them.
The motion they filed says they have not been given DNA and gunshot residue test results from victims' clothing.
