(Charleston, SC)- The trial date for a wrongful death lawsuit connected to the Murdaugh family is being delayed.
Nineteen-year-old Mallory Beach was killed in a boat crash in 2019 when Alex Murdaugh's son Paul was driving the boat after allegedly buying alcohol underage.
A trial was set for January 9th, but has been pushed back.
A new trial date has not yet been determined.
