(Danville, VA) -- An extradition hearing is set for a South Carolina man accused of killing a woman and taking their five-year-old daughter.
Forty-seven-year-old Antar Jeter will be in court on January 12th to determine if he should be sent back to the Palmetto State.
Jeter is facing charges for the November murder of 46-year-old Crystal Jumper in Orangeburg County.
Antar and his daughter Aspen were located in Danville, Virginia late last week.
