(Richland County, SC)- A man is in custody in connection to a two-year-old's death.
Police say Nicolas Adams drove the child to the hospital on September 27th, claiming the child fell out of a playpen.
Doctors determined the child's injuries were not consistent with a fall and the child died on November 25th.
Adams turned himself in this week after being charged with homicide by child abuse.
