(Columbia, SC) -- Former attorney Alex Murdaugh is facing more charges after being indicted by a grand jury Friday.
He now has nine counts of tax evasion against him in connection to his tax returns from 2011 to 2019.
This indictment brings the charges against Murdaugh to over one-hundred.
He's scheduled for a trial in January on murder charges for the 2021 deaths of his wife and son.
