(Orangeburg County, SC)- Two people are charged with human trafficking in Orangeburg County.
SLED announced the arrest of 32-year-old Alanna Ann Westbury, who is charged with trafficking a victim under 18 years old, and three counts of unlawfully placing a child at risk.
Sixty-one-year-old John Richard Williams is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under eleven-years old and trafficking a victim under 18 years old.
SLED says both suspects knowingly placed the victim in harm.
