(Walterboro, SC)-- A SLED agent claims call logs appear to have been deleted from Alex Murdaugh's phone from the night his wife and son were killed.
SLED Lieutenant Britt Dove testified today that calls from Murdaugh's phone to his wife's phone appear on hers, but not on his.
Phone records for Maggie Murdaugh's phone show five missed calls from her husband after the time prosecutors allege she was murdered.
Dove said while call logs can be overridden, "a gap like that would indicate it was actually removed from there."
The agent also testified Maggie's phone data showed it moved after the time she is believed to have died.
