(Colleton County, SC)- Former lawyer Alex Murdaugh is facing a new charge from SLED.
The 54-year-old is already facing dozens of charges for financial crimes and is on trial for the 2021 murders of his wife Maggie and son Paul.
Murdaugh took the stand Thursday and Friday.
SLED issued a misdemeanor charge against Murdaugh on Friday, but no details have been made clear on the new charge.
Court resumes in Colleton County today.
