(Washington, DC) --Senator Lindsey Graham plans to introduce legislation to designate certain Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations.
This comes as fentanyl continues to pour over the border and after two Americans were found dead after recently being kidnapped in northern Mexico by armed men.
Graham said he would put Mexico on notice and introduce a bill to "set the stage to use military force if necessary."
The other two Americans who were kidnapped are alive.
