(Mexico City) --One person is under arrest in connection with the deaths of two Americans in Mexico.
Top officials including Mexico's President also say two other Americans are alive, but one of them is injured.
They were kidnapped after crossing the border near Brownsville, Texas last week.
Family members say they had traveled there for a medical procedure from South Carolina.
President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said the group was caught in the crossfire between two armed groups before they were taken away at gunpoint.
