(Richland County, SC)- Two Richland County deputies are receiving medical care after being exposed to a narcotic substance during a traffic stop.
Corporal Deon Hardy and Reserve Deputy Joshua Ross were on duty Saturday evening when the exposure occurred.
Hardy became unconscious and Ross administered NARCAN before having to also receive it.
Both deputies were taken to the hospital.
