Six people are injured after a shooting on an Isle of Palms beach.
It happened just before 5 p.m. Friday when hundreds of people were gathered near the pier for senior skip day. Police say most of the victims are teenagers.
Several people face weapons charges in connection to the incident, but it is unclear if further arrests will be made.
