Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is scheduled to visit South Carolina next week.
State Senator Josh Kimbrell is hosting the DeSantis speaking event in Spartanburg on April 19th. This marks the Florida governor's first public visit to South Carolina as part of a tour that includes Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New York.
Despite speculation that DeSantis will run for president in 2024, he has not yet announced his candidacy.
