(Columbia, SC) - A five-thousand dollar reward is being offered for information that leads to the re-arrest of Jeroid Price.
The convicted killer was released 16 years early from his 35-year murder sentence for the killing of Carl Smalls Junior in 2002.
Earlier this week, the South Carolina Supreme Court voted in favor of voiding the early release, which came as the result of a sealed secret order.
But Jeroid failed to turn himself in, and now the Richland County Sheriff's Department, SLED, and the fugitive team are looking for him.
The five-thousand dollar reward offered by the Richland County Sheriff's Department is in addition to a potential reward from Crimestoppers.
