McMaster Asks SLED To Have Police At Airports After Title 42 Expires

(Columbia, SC) -- Governor McMaster is asking SLED to make sure all commercial airports in the state have law enforcement present.

In a letter, the governor says the request is in order to get reports on any attempt to deplane or transport people entering the country illegally.

This comes after the COVID-19 public health emergency Title 42 came to an end on Thursday.
