(Columbia, SC) - The South Carolina Supreme Court is expediting their review of an abortion ban.
The measure was met with a lawsuit filed by abortion providers when it was signed into law last month.
A lower court blocked the ban for now, but oral arguments before the state's highest court are now set for June 27th.
The South Carolina Supreme Court struck down a similar six-week abortion ban in January.
