(Hampton County, SC)- A wrongful death lawsuit involving the Murdaugh family is heading to trial in August.
Mallory Beach's family filed suit after Beach was killed in a boat crash four years ago when Paul Murdaugh was allegedly driving the boat under the influence and underage.
Paul has since been killed, with his father Alex Murdaugh convicted of killing both Paul and Paul's mother Maggie.
Alex Murdaugh will be a defendant in the trial that will happen in Hampton County starting August 14th.
