(Columbia, SC)-- The South Carolina Supreme Court is upholding the death sentence for a man convicted of killing his five children.
Tim Jones, Junior appealed to the state's highest court after a motion for retrial was denied, alleging errors were made during his trial.
The South Carolina Supreme Court says errors were made, but they were "harmless".
Jones was found guilty of the 2014 deaths of his children -- who ranged in ages from one to eight.
