(Newberry County, SC)-- An investigation is underway after a 17-year-old died.
The Newberry County Coroner's Office says Fabian Douglas Ruff the Third was pronounced dead at his home Tuesday morning.
He went by "Trey," and was a student at Chapin High School.
A statement from the school sent to parents says grief counselors will be available for anyone in the school community who needs them. His cause of death has not been made public.
