(Columbia, SC)-- Another shooting is under investigation at a University of South Carolina student apartment complex off-campus.
A person was shot while sitting in a parking lot outside The Rowan in Columbia on Monday morning.That's the third person shot at the complex in under a week.
Two people were also shot there on Wednesday and are expected to be OK.
