(Columbia, SC) - President Joe Biden is victorious in the first Democratic Presidential Primary in the nation.
Joe Biden saw an overwhelming victory over Congressman Dean Phillips and author Marianne Williamson.
Over 16-percent of registered voters participated in the Democratic primary in 2020. This year's primary saw less than 5-percent.
The only counties with turnout rates higher than 10-percent were Orangeburg, Williamsburg, and Lee counties.
The Republican Presidential Primary in South Carolina happens February 24th.
