(Richland County, SC)- A detention center employee in Richland County is accused of giving an inmate a cell phone so she could communicate with him.
Twenty-four-year-old Ja'la Gladden was arrested Wednesday.
She's charged with misconduct in office and furnishing contraband.
Gladden is the tenth employee of the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center to be arrested in 2024.
