Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley has picked up her first win of the 2024 primary season in Washington, DC.
The former South Carolina governor garnered nearly 63-percent of the vote and on Sunday became the first woman to win a Republican primary in U.S. history. Just over two-thousand DC residents took part in the three-day primary in the nation's capital.
Former President Donald Trump received support from about 33-percent of those voting.
