A man is in custody in Richland County after allegedly barricading himself in a home with firearms.
Officials say 30-year-old Bryce Locklear locked himself in the home Sunday afternoon after a report of shots fired. After hours of the Special Response Team being on scene, Locklear reportedly came out of the home and fired a round from a high-powered rifle before returning inside. Authorities used gas to get Locklear out of the home and he was taken into custody, charged with aggravated breach of peace.
