(Columbia, SC)-- Scout Motors is facing complaints from two organizations.
The South Carolina Policy Council and South Carolina Public Interest Foundation jointly filed the complaint on Monday.
They're requesting the State Ethics Commission determine whether Scout Motors violated state ethics laws.
The complaint alleges the company received an incentive package worth over a billion dollars last year, and registered as a lobbyist principal after the package went into effect.
