(Columbia, SC)-- Funeral arrangements are being announced for a 16-year-old who was shot to death over the weekend.
Julian Keel was killed at a graduation party in Columbia on Sunday.
He will be remembered with a funeral on Friday at Second Nazareth Baptist Church, followed by a public viewing at Leevy's Funeral Home.
Keel would have been a senior at W.J. Keenan High School in his next academic year.
