Graham Wouldn't Support Trump's Plan To Provide Public Funding For IVF

Senator Lindsey Graham says he wouldn't support former President Trump's plan to provide public funding for in vitro fertilization treatments.

The South Carolina Republican told ABC's "This Week," he believes Trump's comments were simply trying to signal that he's in favor of IVF. While Graham wouldn't support Trump's plan, he went on to suggest giving tax credits to prospective parents using IVF.

Last week, Trump said public funding should go towards IVF treatments and that insurance companies should be required to pay for them in some circumstances.
