Columbia, SC) -- A judge and two jurors are among those asking Governor McMaster to spare the life of a death row inmate.
Richard Moore is scheduled for execution on Friday for the 1999 murder of a store clerk in Spartanburg.
Others seeking clemency for Moore include a former director of prisons for South Carolina, as well as Moore's family members and childhood friends.
Governor McMaster says he will not announce his decision until minutes before the execution on Friday, which is scheduled for 6 p.m.
