(Columbia, SC) -- Two detainees are in the hospital after overdosing at the Alvin S. Glenn detention center in Columbia.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department responded to the jail around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Two people were given Narcan and taken to the hospital, where one of them allegedly told deputies they smoked synthetic marijuana.
Two other detainees were treated at the facility for drug use.
