(Columbia, SC) -- The United States Supreme Court will hear arguments on South Carolina cutting Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood.
The state made that decision in 2018- but it was blocked by a lower court after being challenged by Planned Parenthood and a patient.
The state appealed that ruling to the country's highest Court. The case is set to be argued in the spring of 2025.
