(Columbia, SC) - Winter weather is making its way into South Carolina toward the end of this week.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch in effect Friday morning through Saturday morning.
The agency says ice and sleet are possible in areas of the Midlands as well as the Central Savannah River Area.
Travel is expected to be impacted by the winter weather on Friday.
